Support of women’s development

Dr. Al-Sadik-Lowinski is researcher and author in the field of "Female Career Development" and did her PhD in this area. In 2009, Bettina founded a leadership workshop program for women in middle management and leadership positions. To-date, participants include more than 200 women of different professional backgrounds, including executives, expat partners, artists and women on the way back into the workforce.
Bettina is involved in networking organisations supporting women in their careers, such as FEW (Foreign Executive Women), ACCJ-WIB (American Chamber of Commerce – Women in Business), the German Chamber of Commerce Shanghai.
